What to include based on what you need
Bug reports. The converter you used (page URL is fine), the browser and operating system you were on, and the exact error message that appeared if any. If you can, attach a small sample file that reproduces the issue. We do not store these files beyond the conversation; they are deleted from our mailbox after the bug is fixed.
Feature requests. The formats you want to convert, what you would actually use it for, and whether you have tried alternatives. Specific real-world use cases get prioritized over generic "you should add X."
Privacy questions and data-access requests (GDPR / CCPA / CPRA). Put "Privacy Request" or "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. See section 8 and section 9 of the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, usually within a week.
Editorial corrections. If a fact on this site is wrong — a date, a spec citation, a feature claim — tell us where you saw it and what the correct information is, ideally with a primary source. We fix factual errors the same week.
DMCA / copyright takedown notices. We do not host user-uploaded content (the site has no upload feature in the first place), but if you believe content displayed on the site infringes your rights, send a notice that includes: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the work you say is infringed; (3) the URL of the alleged infringement on freebookconvert.com; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Press and partnership inquiries. Welcome but unlikely to be answered the same day. Be specific about what you're after.
Advertising and sponsorship inquiries. We do not accept sponsored articles, paid links, or guest posts. Display advertising on the site is exclusively through Google AdSense.
What we will not respond to
- Unsolicited SEO services, link-building proposals, and "guest post" pitches.
- Requests to add tracking, third-party scripts, or affiliate links.
- Requests to remove DRM, decrypt protected files, or bypass licensing on commercial ebooks.
- AI-generated content offers.

Response time
This is a small, independently-run site. Standard target is a reply within seven calendar days. Privacy-rights requests covered by GDPR or CCPA are answered within the statutory window (30 days for CCPA, one month for GDPR, with possible extension for complex cases). Critical security reports are answered within 48 hours.
